As a company, Horizon Design and Manufacturing, LLC began long before it became an actual design and manufacturing firm. It began in the minds of individuals that had a common desire to create new things. Together, they have combined their creative energies to develop the new and imaginative solutions they seek.

At first, those creations were modifications of existing things, changed and adapted to better and never before imagined uses. These experiences included, solar power, internal combustion engines, automotive design and repair, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics. These skills were polished further as they were applied to the design, creation and refinement of prototype machinery, appliances, and products.
